Work and look great. Review by amzreview99

These are really nice. They aren't bulky and my son loves them. Pros - The size is really nice, the cups have nice coverage and the headset adjusts comfortably. They connect flawlessly to our phones, we tried two. The ear cups are really comfortable. The controls for them are one big button on the ear cup, I thought that was neat. The volume, switching the songs, answering a call are all one big square and it makes it way easier to find instead of searching for smaller separate buttons. The call connects immediately without lag, sounds great and disconnects to resume the music. My house is about 1,600 square foot, not very big, but the headphones work in all rooms without static or cutting out. Cons - I don't really have any huge complaints. A small minor one would be that I pinched my finger pushing the top of the giant button since the cups can pivot in and out. The cups fit mine and my teenaged son's ears great, my husband said they are on the small side for him. Overall, these are great Bluetooth headphones and we are enjoying them. Sample provided at a discount for my testing and reviewing purposes. (Posted on 26/07/2015)

A great set of headphones. They hold a charge for a LONG time... the product page claims 16 hours and while I didn't time it, I think that sounds about right. The built in mic makes it simple for taking a call when you're already using your phone for music so you don't have to worry about shutting off the bluetooth before taking the call. The sound quality rivals that of a much more expensive pair of headphones and they are very comfortable! They easily adjust to fit your head, and simply fold up for storage. You really can't go wrong with these. I received this item in exchange for an honest and unbiased product evaluation, however all opinions are my own. (Posted on 23/07/2015)
Great sound quality and long battery life! Review by Angie H.

I got these headphones for my husband who listens to music most of his waking hours. He wears headphones while he is working and when he is working around the house. He is pretty picky about headphones but, he loves these! He says they are very easy to pair and they don't lose contact with his iPod like some of his others do. He says these compare to his very expensive name brand headphones and they cost a whole lot less than the name brand ones. They are comfortable on his ears and they don't slide off or get in his way while he is working, He is very impressed with the sound quality, which is very important to him. He also like that the battery lasts through 2 work shifts. He works night shift and lots of times he forgets to put things on the charger when he gets home so the long lasting battery life is a huge plus! Very impressed and highly recommend! I received these headphones in exchange for my honest and unbiased opinion. (Posted on 18/07/2015)
Very Cool Headphones Review by PA to LA

These bluetooth wireless headphone are very cool! Here are my Pros and Cons: Pros: 1) Super easy and quick pairing with my cell phone 2) Easily adjustable so they are not squeezing your head nor falling off your head 3) Comfortable - I kept them on my head for about an hour or so and I didn't get a headache and my ears didn't sweat 4) Stylish - The retro look is back, but they are not obtrusively large like some are 5) Multi-functional - You have the option of wireless and wired (cord included). I was also able to make and receive calls while wearing the headset. From my perspective the person did sound a little hollow, but I could hear them clearly. From their perspective they could hear me but did say they heard a lot of background noise (the TV was on), but not enough to interfere with the call Cons: 1) It's not a true con; it's more of a wish for the manufacturer - it needs a carrying bag. You have the headphones plus 2 cords so you need a way to keep them all together. When you have the headphones on and turn them on or off there is a sound indicator. When you are not wearing the headphones there is a light indicator. While in bluetooth mode you can also control the volume from the headset without having to use your phone. Unfortunately I didn't have a way to measure exactly how far away the pairing was good for, but I will say it was a decent distance. Hopefully another reviewer got exact measurements. Overall I am super pleased with these headphones and would recommend this product. August provided this sample for testing and review with no guarantee of a favorable review. (Posted on 15/07/2015)

These are great bluetooth headphones, inside the box comes with: the headphones, a micro USB, aux cord, and a manual. It has a standard 3.5mm Audio-in socket for the aux cord, but the headphones can also be used wirelessly. It has a hands free calling with an integrated microphone. It has a 3.7/400mAh Built-in Li-Polyme battery. When the battery is low, a warning sound is heard in the headphones. To charge the headphones all you have to do is connect the headphones to the micro USB. The headphones have a charging time of two hours a working time of 16 hours, and a standby time of up to 30 days. On the top side of the right headphone is where the power/play/pause/answer button is located. To turn on the headphones all you have to do is hold that button until the LED flashes; a beep will be heard. On the left side of the right headphone is the volume down/ previous track, and on the left side is the volume up/next track button. On the bottom of the right headphone is where the: power socket, Audio-in socket, microphone, and status light. To connect to the headphones turn the device on, and wait for the status light to flash twice per second, once you have done this go on your Bluetooth device and search for EP634 and connect to the device. To pause the or resume playing press the top button on the right headphone. press and hold the left side of the right headphones to turn the music down, and do the same for the right side to turn it down. to skip the song or go to previous song do the same thing except just press the buttons. Overall these are some really great headphones. They have a great design; the padding on the headphones are comfortable, and the headband is adjustable. The have great sound quality, and are easy to use. I love the fact that the headphones can either be wireless or you can use aux cord. The instructions are easy to follow, and come in english, french, deutsch, italian, and spanish. I give these headphones 5 out of 5 stars, and would highly recommend. (Posted on 01/07/2015)

If you are looking for a pair of nice fitting wireless headphones you'll like these. They have a good feel around the top of my head with the padded head piece as well as the padded ear pieces. It's an overall soft and comfortable feel. The sound from these is very nice and clear, there's no static and the music comes through great. A nice feature of these headphones is that they even have a built-in microphone so you can answer phone calls through them. Another nice feature is that through the internal li-ion battery you can get up to 16 hours of playback. You can even control your music through the buttons on one of the earphones. You can change your music, volume, and answer calls. My son likes using these to play games on his PS3 so the sound doesn't keep up his little sister at night. I got this product through a special promotion in exchange for my honest opinions. (Posted on 30/06/2015)
Wonderful value bluetooth headphones! Review by Christopher Giorgi

These retro style headphones are for anyone looking to save money, but not lose out on quality. While the look of these headphones could turn peoples cheek the other way, the build is actually quite nice for the price. Simple packaging which includes the headphones, user manual, micro-USB cable, and a 3.5mm cord which I have already found particularly useful as I had to use it due to the battery dying. Speaking of battery, the battery on these is spectacular. Daffodil says it lasts appx. 16 hours and I have room to believe it lasts longer than that. I have quite an extensive music library and have went through my playlist to gauge the musical strengths and weaknesses of these headphones. The sound is crystal clear and absolutely creates sort of a concert like experience in your mind. The bass is lacking though as I went through artists such as Alesso, Zedd, and others. Sound is beautiful, but the bass we all love is not there as much as I would've liked. Another thing I wanted to point out is these headphones are not very good at keeping the sound within the headphones. I was on one side of the room and another person on the other and without the music even being all the way up, they said they could hear my music word for word. This could be an issue for some as they might like their music loud and it can be slightly distracting to those around them. To use these headphones could not be any simpler. You hold the power button until the blue light appears, connect to your device, and you're on your way. A word for the wise, if you want to increase or decrease the volume on the headphones, you must hold the volume up/down button. A quick tap will either go to the previous track or the next. Overall, these headphones are a complete steal. For the price you pay, you are EASILY getting over a $100+ value headphone set for less than third the cost. The build is nice, the sound is nice, and it is a very simplistic set of headphones. Don't blow money on overpriced headphones when you can order these for so much cheaper! *Daffodil sent me these headphones for my honest review. In no way did this affect my opinion on this product* (Posted on 28/06/2015)
Surprisingly good quality for such inexpensive headphones! Review by Jason

Our teen daughter loves to watch television shows, and often watches them late at night. Unfortunately this means she either has to wake us up with the sound of the television, or keep the volume so low she can't enjoy it. Wireless headphones seemed to be an obvious solution. That's where these headphones come in. Neither her blu ray player nor her television is bluetooth-enabled, so I paired these headphones with another Daffodil product, the August MR250B Bluetooth Wireless Transmitter. I'll talk about the transmitter in another review. I was a little apprehensive about these headphones before I received them because in the pictures they look large and bulky. Once I received them I was pleased to see they're actually very nice looking. They fold up nicely, and fit over my ears (and my daughter's) very well. They don't look cheap at all. In fact they have a very "high end", stylish feel to them. They aren't what you would call "sleek" by any stretch, but they don't look bulky when on either. Pairing the headphones couldn't be simpler; hold down the power button until the light flashes quickly, then pair it on your device. I tried pairing with three different phones, a couple of PCs, and the MR250B and it worked without problem every time. I was a little worried that I'd have trouble pairing them with the MR250B, since the insructions for it say to enter the pairing code on your audio device, and the headphones don't have a way to enter a code. But when I put both devices into pairing mode, they magically connected and we were off and running. The sound from these headphones is excellent and clear, and I found the range was strong as well. I was able to walk around in a sizeable area away from the phone I was paired with and didn't experience any drops. The headphones have a built-in microphone, which I didn't expect to work too well because it's on the side. But I tried it out and everyone could hear me just fine. Controls on the side let me pause/play/skip while playing music (including Pandora, which is nice), and I can actually answer calls without reaching for my phone. Battery life seems good, although I haven't actually clocked it to see how much we get. The only (minor) gripe I have is the power button. The headphones turn on in a snap, but sometimes if you don't push the power button exactly right, they really don't want to turn off. Several times I found myself trying, again and again, to find just the right spot to press. Another nice feature on these headphones is that they come with an audio jack. If you want to use them as regular headphones, you simply connect the included cable to the audio jack on the headphone and voila! You have standard, wired headphones. We're enjoying the headphones, and the peace and quiet when our daughter uses them! So, to sum up: great sound quality, good range, easy pairing, audio controls, built-in mic for calls, nice looking, option for wired use, good battery life…kind of hard to turn off sometimes. I'd have given them 5 stars if not for the turning off issue. Edit: After using them a bit more I decided the power button thing wasn't worth a star. These really are awesome headphones! My stepdaughter is now happily watching a movie and not bothering anyone! (Posted on 24/06/2015)
Excellent budget headphones Review by Sid Nuncius

August sent me these headphones for review. The EP634 are on-ear headphones with both Bluetooth and wired connectivity; they are stylish (if you like the retro styling), well made and both sound and comfort are very good. I think they are an excellent product at this price (just under 30 dollars at the time of writing), and well up to the high standard I expect from August. The headphones are decently packaged, and come with a standard mini-USB charging lead and a jack-to-jack lead. The User Manual tells you all you need to know (in proper English, by the way). The design of the headphones is late 60s/eary 70s retro and is very well done. Sad old git that I am, I still have a pair of headphones I bought in 1973 and the stitching, materials, use of metal sliders and so on is very similar to these, and I think the EP634 look great. Functionally they are excellent. They are light and very comfortable in use, with all the controls on the right earcup. There are no separate buttons, but the controls are clearly labelled and cover pivots to provide the usual on/off and volume + and -, pause/play and skip forward and back controls. These also serve as the standard phone controls you would expect and all work well, as does the built-in microphone. The headphones are adjustable, of course, and grip fairly firmly, so they are stable without feeling constricting. The padding on the earcups and headband is good, I find them comfortable for several hours use. Bluetooth pairing is simple. I found the range good with no loss of signal up to about 8 metres, and battery life is good. The wired connection via the jack lead works perfectly (while the phones are switched off) and I notice no difference in sound quality between the two modes. It means you can connect to non-Bluetooth devices, and if you do run out of charge it's a handy fallback, too. Sound quality is very good indeed. Volume goes far too loud for my comfort with no audible distortion. The bass in particular is very strong, and considerably better than I might expect in this price range. Middles are very nicely rounded and resonant, the treble is pretty bright and the of articulation is good. If they do have a weakness, it is in the clarity of the treble, which is slightly weaker than lower frequencies, but for budget headphones the overall sound is excellent. I have listened to a lot of music through these headphones, including my Test Tracks list which runs from 16th Century choral music to London Grammar, taking in samples of most things in between. Everything sounds very good: classical chamber, orchestral and large choral works are clear and distinct with a lovely full sound (the bass on a theorbo and viola da gamba is really good, for example). Classic rock - like the Rolling Stones' Gimme Shelter or Won't Get Fooled Again by The Who - sounds great, and the deep, rolling bass in London Grammar's Hey Now (one of my standard tests of headphones) really resonates, which particularly impressed me. I think these are excellent headphones at this price. They are functional, stylish If you like the retro-look) and comfortable. The sound is very good and they seem well made and durable. (Certainly other August products I have tried have been very well made and I have been impressed with their durability.) If you're looking for a good set of Bluetooth and wired headphones at a very reasonable price, I can recommend these very highly. (Posted on 08/06/2015)
