Returning an order and Refund Policy
Although we try our best to make every customer pleased with what they have ordered, we understand that sometimes there are occasions when you would need to return the order. Please contact our Customer Service Team before hand who can help you with any information or quries you may have.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your product, you can return the item back to us within 30 days of delivery. The returning items must be in its original packaging with all accessories. Once we have recieved your item back, it will be inspected and your refund will be processed within 1 to 2 business day.
Please contact us before returning the item. We will attempt to resolve any issues you are experiencing, if you would still perfer to return, we will be able to provide return instructions for you including a return form.
In the event that the item is not containing all accessories or is poorly packaged and as a result returned damaged, we may be unable to issue a full refund. A customer service agent will explain this to you.
Returning your item/s
You will need to return the item/s back to us using your own delivery methord.
Once recieved, your returned items will be inspected and you will be refunded including any standard delivery charges paid by you including the cost of sending the item to you.
We recommend using Royal Mail or Hermes.
We will not refund premium delivery surcharges.
Return postage will only be refunded upon the receipt of proof of carriage costs, customers can email here their proof of receipt.
