These small earphones are a perfect companion for everyday use. By including Bluetooth v5.0 and DSP Noise reduction, the earbuds are both wireless and noise-cancelling, giving you the ability to hear crystal-clear audio at all times.
Bluetooth 5.0 Wireless Earbuds
These tiny in ear wireless ear buds use Bluetooth 5.0 connection to ensure that audio is kept crisp and powerful. Bluetooth 5.0 preserves stereo audio with under 40ms of latency so that audio is as responsive and engaging as possible, all without the need for over-ear earpads.
Please Note: Bluetooth Codecs have two modes. If the microphone is activated for phone calls or by an app / program then the audio quality will lower, so that the bandwidth can be used to transmit your voice. If your audio quality seems low, please disable any apps and programs that are activating the microphone when not in use.

Due to Bluetooth pairing, the EP800s are incompatible with PlayStation consoles without a Bluetooth Transmitter Adapter. However, they will connect natively to Bluetooth TVs, mobile phones, Nintendo Switch and much more!
True Wireless Earbuds Charging Case
The wireless charging case can keep the EP800's away from needing cables for up to 25 hours of use. Each charge lasts 5 hours and the case can hold 5! Top-up whenever you need during work or travel and always have your in ear headphones ready to pop in.
The standby battery lasts an incredible 30 days to prevent the EP800s from draining when not in use.
The case is just 40mm x 40mm and can be pocketed easily even while charging the earbuds themselves inside. Connection is fast and reconnection is automatic, meaning the EP800's really are independent and cordless for their full usage.

Frequently Asked Questions
Q: My Earbuds do not sync together and show as EP800.L & EP800.R.
A: This would mean the earbuds de-sync and need to be paired back together, please follow the instructions below to re-sync the earbuds.
1. Disconnect the Bluetooth connection in the Bluetooth settings of the phone (click on Unpair);
2. Take out both earbuds from the case;
3. Press and hold the power buttons for 5 seconds, the LED will flash red and turn off;
4. Press and hold two power buttons for 10 seconds, two LEDs will flash white and red. Keep holding the buttons until two LEDs both turn off;
5. Put two earphones back into the charging case;
6. Take them out from the charging case again, The EP800 will enter connection mode. EP800 will be found in the Bluetooth list.
7. Connect your device back to the single EP800 Bluetooth Connection.
