Refund and Return Policy


If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, you can request an order return within 30 days of your delivery date.
From there you will have 14 days to return the item back to us.
Please make sure to include all original accessories and product packaging, failure to do so may result in an up to 10% restocking fee.


Although we try our best to make every customer pleased with what they have ordered,
we understand that sometimes there are occasions when you would need to return the order.

Please complete the form below containing as much information as possible.
If you select reasons such as 'Defective' or 'Arrived damaged' please upload a picture to show our team the issue more clearly.
Once you have submitted your return request, our team will aim to get back to you the same or next working day with the relevant information required for sending back your order.

Customers are required to send their return order back at their own cost unless the item is 'Defective', 'Received wrong item', or 'Arrived damaged'
whereas a Royal Mail returns label will be provided to you free of charge.

Please make sure with any return, please print, fill out and attach inside your return packaging the supplied return form for a speedier refund process.

Please Note: this return policy is for orders from idaffodil.co.uk only, orders received from other marketplaces such as Amazon or eBay have their own return request procedure.




What will happen after i submit my request?

Our team will look into your provided information and approve your return request, an email will be sent to your email address providing all relevant information required for sending your order back to us which includes an Order Return Form, a return label (only if the reasons above are selected) and address information.

How long will my refund take?
Once your item has reached us, it will be tested and inspected by our in-house engineers who will confirm any fault or damage and a refund will be applied within 24 hours of the item being delivered to us.
If you have paid by Debit/Credit Card, please allow 4 to 5 working days for the refund to appear in your bank. PayPal refund will be instant.

Selecting an incorrect or false return reason?
All returned items are inspected by our in-house engineers who will inspect and perform tests on any product returned under the 'Defective' reason, if the item is found not to be faulty and is in perfect working order, your order will still be refunded but a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund total to cover postage, inspection and resale fee's. If this is found to be the case, an email will be sent to you explaining the issue.
