This means only half is available for audio output. If you find the Bluetooth headphones suddenly drop in quality, please disable the microphone or stop the app which is activating it.

Q: My Earbuds do not charge!
A: Make sure you have removed the blue sticker located on the charging points on the EP810 Earbuds before attempting to charge them.
