Q: How do I connect my device?
A: The included Dongle will provide a direct wireless connection between the remote and the USB that the Dongle connects to. If a connection is not made ensure the device is charged, the USB is inserted correctly, and the device is compatible.
Q: Is this a Universal Remote?
A: The PCR500 can control smart devices and operating systems with a USB Port that accepts the dongle. This makes it incredibly connectable. It is not an IR Universal Remote and does not use a TV / Device code to work, just a USB Port.
