Camper Van TV or Home TV Set
The mini TV set uses a DVB-T2 tuner to play Freeview and Freeview HD channels Live across the nation. Simply connect an aerial as you would usually, and the DA383 will use the standard coaxial aerial connection to bring you the latest Live TV.
Experience the great outdoors, get dinner cooking in the kitchen or set up the attic as a gaming den all without missing your favourite live TV.

Multimedia and TV Recording
Using the USB port or Micro SD Card reader built into the side of the TV, you can play a variety of your own media as well as use the PVR function of the TV. Using this portable PVR to record Live TV requires a suitable USB or Micro SD card inserted to act as storage for the recording.
This way, you can focus on your holiday or day-to-day and still catch up on your TV later on. If you're going to be away from any TV signal for a while, why not load up a USB or micro SD with your own footage and films digitally? That way, you can enjoy hours and hours of content with no need for an aerial at all.
Mains or Battery Powered TV
Using the included mains adapter you can connect the DA383 to EU or UK plug sockets. The adapter can be switched between the two at will so you can travel unimpeded. In addition to the mains power, the DA383 has an internal rechargeable battery. Once charged (the first charge will take 4 hours) the rechargeable portable TV will last between 1.5 and 3 hours depending on usage.
For example, lower volumes and brightness can increase battery life while using the DVD player and extra features will decrease battery life. To make sure you're always topped up, the DA383 is compatible with 12v car adapters (not included). This means you can keep the unit plugged in as a car DVD player!
HDMI Wide Compatibility
The mini screen of the DA383 is also applicable as an extension for PC or laptops. Using the included HDMI cable you can connect the DA383 to a large array of devices to utilise the screen space or connect external sources like PlayStation or XBOX consoles.

Can I use the DA383 as a car DVD player?
Yes, the DA383 can be used in a car, but it does not come with a 12v car adapter. You can purchase a compatible 12v adapter separately. However, be cautious during DVD or CD playback, as excessive motion may damage the discs.
How do I find Freeview channels?
To find channels, ensure a digital TV aerial is properly connected to the coaxial port. Then, perform an "auto scan" through the TV's menu as detailed in the user manual. If this fails, try relocating the aerial and check your area’s Freeview coverage.
How long does the battery last?
After fully charging for about 4 hours, the DA383 battery can last between 1.5 to 3 hours, depending on usage. Lowering the screen brightness or speaker volume can help extend the battery life. For longer use, you can also connect to the mains or use a compatible 12v car adapter.
Can I record TV programs?
Yes, you can record Freeview TV by using the USB or Micro SD card slot. Simply insert a USB stick or Micro SD card, and you'll be able to record live TV directly to it.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your product, you can return the item within 30 days of purchase. The item must be in its original packaging with all accessories. Once we have received the item, our engineers will inspect your returned item and your refund will be processed within 1 to 2 business days.
Please contact us before returning the item. We will attempt to resolve any issues you are experiencing and, if we are unable to do so, provide full return instructions. When returning an item, please download, complete and include the return form below inside your order. Failing to do so could lead to a delay in your refund. If you are unable to print the form you can fill out the information onto a blank piece of paper and include that instead.
In the event that the item is not containing all accessories or is poorly packaged and as a result returned damaged, we may be unable to issue a full refund. A customer service agent will explain this to you.
