Bluetooth 5.0 Wireless Earbuds
These tiny in-ear wireless earbuds use Bluetooth 5.0 connection to ensure that audio is kept crisp and powerful. Bluetooth 5.0 preserves stereo audio with under 40ms of latency so that audio is as responsive and engaging as possible, all without the need for over-ear earpads.

Due to Bluetooth pairing, the EP800s are incompatible with PlayStation consoles without a Bluetooth Transmitter Adapter. However, they will connect natively to Bluetooth TVs, mobile phones, Nintendo Switch and much more!
True Wireless Earbuds Charging Case

The standby battery lasts an incredible 30 days to prevent the EP800s from draining when not in use.

Frequently Asked Questions
My August EP800 Earbuds do not sync together and show as EP800.L and EP800.R.
This would mean the earbuds de-sync and need to be paired back together, please follow the instructions below to re-sync the earbuds.
- 1. Disconnect the Bluetooth connection in the Bluetooth settings of the phone (click on Unpair);
- Take out both earbuds from the case
- Press and hold the power buttons for 5 seconds, the LED will flash red and turn off;
- Press and hold two power buttons for 10 seconds, two LEDs will flash white and red. Keep holding the buttons until two LEDs both turn off;
- Put two earphones back into the charging case;
- Take them out from the charging case again, The EP800 will enter connection mode. EP800 will be found in the Bluetooth list.
- Connect your device back to the single EP800 Bluetooth Connection.
Can the EP800s connect to gaming consoles like PlayStation?
While the EP800s connect natively to many Bluetooth-enabled devices, they aren’t compatible with PlayStation consoles without a Bluetooth transmitter adapter. They do work seamlessly with Bluetooth-enabled devices like mobile phones, Nintendo Switch, and Bluetooth TVs.
How does the charging case work, and how long does the battery last?
The EP800s come with a wireless charging case that can recharge the earbuds multiple times, extending total usage time to 25 hours. Each charge lasts up to 5 hours, and the case can hold enough power for five additional charges. When not in use, the earbuds have a standby battery life of 30 days.
Are the EP800 earbuds waterproof?
Yes, the EP800 earbuds (but not the charging case) are rated IPX6 waterproof, meaning they are resistant to water splashes and sweat. They’re ideal for workouts, commutes, and rainy weather, as they’re designed to handle wet conditions without compromising performance.
Shipping & Return
If you are not entirely satisfied with your product, you can return the item within 30 days of purchase. The item must be in its original packaging with all accessories. Once we have received the item, our engineers will inspect your returned item and your refund will be processed within 1 to 2 business days.
Please contact us before returning the item. We will attempt to resolve any issues you are experiencing and, if we are unable to do so, provide full return instructions. When returning an item, please download, complete and include the return form below inside your order. Failing to do so could lead to a delay in your refund. If you are unable to print the form you can fill out the information onto a blank piece of paper and include that instead.
In the event that the item is not containing all accessories or is poorly packaged and as a result returned damaged, we may be unable to issue a full refund. A customer service agent will explain this to you.

- All returned items must be properly protected against possible transport damage.
- You, as the buyer, are responsible for the cost of returning the item/s. Please use Royal Mail Second Class Parcel or lower. Our engineers inspect returned items, and if found to be faulty, your return postage will be refunded up to a maximum of £4.00
