The August DVB-T202 is not detected?
This is most likely because the drivers were not installed correctly, please make sure you have the device plugged into a USB 2.0 slot when installing and have your antivirus switched off during installation.
Why do I have to have my Antivirus switched off to install this product software?
We recommend switching off your antivirus software just for the installation to complete then you can switch it back on. Antivirus software can falsely accuse the driver installation sometimes depending on antivirus software being used. for a smooth installation without issues, we recommend switching it off. Once the installation is complete your Antivirus software can be switched back on.
No channels were found?
If you are using the included aerial, this is more intended for outdoors or travelling and may not perform well indoors with thick walls and lots of interference, if you are indoors we recommend connecting a roof-top aerial or a more powerful portable aerial.
Can I record shows using the DVB-T202?
Yes, you can record shows using the DVB-T202. It features scheduling capabilities through the EPG, allowing you to set recordings for up to 7 days in advance. You can manually choose the save location for your recordings within the software settings.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your product, you can return the item within 30 days of purchase. The item must be in its original packaging with all accessories. Once we have received the item, our engineers will inspect your returned item and your refund will be processed within 1 to 2 business days.
Please contact us before returning the item. We will attempt to resolve any issues you are experiencing and, if we are unable to do so, provide full return instructions. When returning an item, please download, complete and include the return form below inside your order. Failing to do so could lead to a delay in your refund. If you are unable to print the form you can fill out the information onto a blank piece of paper and include that instead.
In the event that the item is not containing all accessories or is poorly packaged and as a result returned damaged, we may be unable to issue a full refund. A customer service agent will explain this to you.
