The MR230 has received a new version from August, and now comes as standard with Bluetooth 5.2 and aptX! Achieve higher-fidelity audio transmission and reception in moments with this one-button simple adapter.
Bluetooth 5.2 boasts faster wireless speeds, resulting in more data per second and therefore a crisp, full-stereo audio experience (With compatible stereo devices). The connection supports headphones, TV, Phones, Stereo, Hifi and much more.
Transmitter Receiver
The MR230 is now a dual-purpose adapter with two modes:
Bluetooth Transmitter Mode:

Connect an audio source (TV, CD Player, Radio) to your MR230 by the AUX cable

Pair the MR230 via Bluetooth 5.2 to your Bluetooth headphones, speakers or earbuds

Hear the wired audio source wirelessly through your Bluetooth in real time!
Bluetooth Receiver Mode:

Connect an audio device (Speakers, Headphones, Earphones) to your MR230 by the AUX cable

Pair the MR230 via Bluetooth 5.2 to your Bluetooth TV, Mobile Phone, PC or Media Player

Play your wireless audio through the speakers or headphones wirelessly in real time!
3.5mm Bluetooth Adapter Compatible
The MR230 connects using Bluetooth 5.2 and an AUX cable. The 3.5mm AUX cable is widely compatible with TVs, Headphones, CD Players and Speakers. A 3.5mm to RCA cable converter can be used to manually split stereo channels, but the standard 3.5mm cable provided will carry full stereo audio as standard, too.
Just look for the AUX IN or OUT port on your devices and set the MR230 to the corresponding Bluetooth mode.
Remember: When in Transmit mode, use the AUX OUT on the source device. When using Receive mode, use the AUX IN on your playback device.
USB-C Charging and Battery Life
The upgraded MR230 features a USB-C port for charging. This speeds up charging times and gives your adapter even more power. Once charged in under 2 hours, the adapter can be used for ~10 Hours wirelessly. This provides a whole day of use, ready to be recharged from any powered USB port for maximum up-time.

Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Why can I not transmit / receive audio in the right mode?
A: If your mode is correct, the cable input / output must match. For example, if the MR230 is receiving audio over Bluetooth it must plug in to a device's INPUT port. If the MR230 is transmitting audio then the cable will come from a device's OUTPUT port.
