A: The MCP100 is designed for collar use. It can sit on a shirt pocket or blazer lapel between 15cm and 30cm from your audio source for best results.
Q: Microphone is not recording?
A: Please make sure that the device utilises the 3.5mm jack. Please use the included 3.5 mm TRS adapter for SLR cameras, camcorders and audio recorders, laptops and PCs.
Q: Cannot connect to camera?
A: If you are using the adaptor to plug on a camera, make sure to insert all the mic plug to the adaptor. If you leave a little space between mic plug and adaptor it will not work
