Q: Not receiving any channels?
A: Make sure the aerial connection is fully connected to your TV, and perform a channel scan, if no channels appear, move the aerial to a better location and rescan for channels. Make sure to re-scan for channels whenever you move the aerial around.

Q: Can this aerial be used outside?
A: Yes, you can use this aerial outside your home or on top of a vehicle.

Q: Will this aerial work with Set-Top boxes like August, Talktalk & BT YouView?
A: Yes, this aerial can connect to the back of your Freeview box, make sure to have the aerial positioned well when scanning for channels

Q: There are no instructions, how do I install the aerial?
A: No instructions are supplied with this product as it's quite simple to install. Screw the antenna on top of the aerial in place, connect the cable to your TV or Set-Top Box and perform a channel scan.

Q: Will this aerial work with any TV?
