Refund/Return Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item within 30 days of receiving it. The item must be in good condition and must be returned in the original packaging with all accessories. We will issue a full refund within 5 days of receiving the return. The buyer pays the cost of return postage.

Please contact us before returning the item. We will attempt to resolve any issues you are experiencing and, if we are unable to do so, provide full return instructions. When returning an item, please include a note with your order number, address and whether you wish to exchange the item or receive a refund. In the event that you do not contact us before returning the item or the item is not returned in good condition, we may be unable to issue a full refund.

If you believe that you have received a faulty item, please contact us. We may be able to provide advice that resolves the issue. If not, we will ask you to return the item with a particular service. The item will be tested by our engineers and, if it is found to be faulty, we will refund the postage cost.
