Q: I cannot see the device available in video or audio sources
A: This would be down to the drivers not being installed correctly, please attempt to reinstall the drivers with your Anti-Virus software disabled and the VGB100 plugged into a USB socket at the same time.
Q: I have a blue screen instead of the video.
A: Please make sure all cables are fully inserted in both connection ends then restart the software.
Q: This device cannot be found or is already used by another application?
A: This is a simple fix and is down to your PC's camera settings, go to your Windows Settings, Click Privacy and then Camera. Allow access to the camera on this device and allow apps to access your camera and this should not be corrected.
Q: Black screen when playing a tape?
A: This would indicate either the incorrect source is selected or the incorrect format is selected. For Source you can find inside the settings tab, the source should be "Connexant Polariis", and for the format, you can select the correct format standard for your country
