IP68 Waterproofing and Sweatproof

Why is the audio quality lower when using Bluetooth codecs with my microphone?
Bluetooth codecs operate in two modes. When the microphone is activated for phone calls or by an app, the audio quality may decrease to allocate bandwidth for voice transmission. If you're experiencing low audio quality, try disabling any apps or programs that are activating the microphone when not in use.
Are there Bone Conduction Side Effects?
Please read the full article here, but in general there's no reason to assume that Bone Conduction will be uncomfortable or dangerous provided you are comfortable with other wearable audio devices.
How do I add songs to the SD Card?
The SD card is entirely enclosed, so must be accessed via the magnetic cable provided. This cable is a data and charging cable. Transfer MP3 files from a connected device onto the headset.
Can this be used in the sea or swimming pool?
No the EP400 is waterproof from ingress, but water in the sea contains high levels of salt, and water in pools contains high levels of chlorine. Not only that but temperature and pressure differences are not accounted for by IP rating!

If you are not entirely satisfied with your product, you can return the item within 30 days of purchase. The item must be in its original packaging with all accessories. Once we have received the item, our engineers will inspect your returned item and your refund will be processed within 1 to 2 business days.
Please contact us before returning the item. We will attempt to resolve any issues you are experiencing and, if we are unable to do so, provide full return instructions. When returning an item, please download, complete and include the return form below inside your order. Failing to do so could lead to a delay in your refund. If you are unable to print the form you can fill out the information onto a blank piece of paper and include that instead.
In the event that the item is not containing all accessories or is poorly packaged and as a result returned damaged, we may be unable to issue a full refund. A customer service agent will explain this to you.
