Plug and Play with No Installation
The EPG100L uses high-quality 3.5mm cables to provide a complete stereo audio experience on dozens of devices. AUX ports are common on consoles (See the DualShock / DualSense Controller themselves for PlayStation consoles) and devices like TVs, mobile phones and PCs / Laptops.
The EPG100L even comes as standard with a 3.5mm splitter. This separates Microphone and Audio channels so that you can connect to dedicated ports on PCs or stream decks / mixing desks.
The gaming headset with mic is compatible with the PlayStation 4/5, XBOX ONE, X and S, Nintendo Switch, Valve Steamdeck PC, Laptop, MacBooks and more.

Gamer Headset with Mic
More than a headset; the attached microphone enables consistent and clear communication with no impact on audio quality. The microphone line is seamless with the AUX jack or can be split off separately for streaming and PC gaming.
Connect as a PS4 headset with a Mic through the port on the DualShock controller, or use the included splitter to use the mic with your streaming set up on PC. Once plugged in the microphone can be adjusted manually via a rotatable mic arm. Rotate the mic up to 120 Degrees to achieve perfect clarity, or get it out of the way for a single-player binge.
Quick-Access Controls

Frequently Asked Questions
Device is not detected / Mic or Audio not working?
Ensure that either you use the included adapter to connect your audio jack, or you insert the Line In and Mic In cables into the correctly marked slots on your PC. Both cables will fit both slots. Check for the Microphone symbol and the Headphone symbol next to the ports.
Why are there so many cables?
The USB Connection powers the RGB lighting on the headset, and the other cables are the required Line In, Mic In, and Adapter.
Can I stream with this?
Ensure that your streaming software has the in-built microphone and the Mic In connected as a source and you can use the headset to stream your voice in addition to keeping game sounds.
Can I control the microphone and volume settings directly on the headset?
Yes, the EPG100L includes a quick-access control panel on the cable, allowing users to easily mute the microphone and adjust volume without navigating in-game or system menus. Additionally, the microphone is rotatable up to 120 degrees, providing flexible positioning and easy adjustments for both multiplayer and solo gaming sessions.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your product, you can return the item within 30 days of purchase. The item must be in its original packaging with all accessories. Once we have received the item, our engineers will inspect your returned item and your refund will be processed within 1 to 2 business days.
Please contact us before returning the item. We will attempt to resolve any issues you are experiencing and, if we are unable to do so, provide full return instructions. When returning an item, please download, complete and include the return form below inside your order. Failing to do so could lead to a delay in your refund. If you are unable to print the form you can fill out the information onto a blank piece of paper and include that instead.
In the event that the item is not containing all accessories or is poorly packaged and as a result returned damaged, we may be unable to issue a full refund. A customer service agent will explain this to you.
