Please Note: Bluetooth technology has two modes, which utilise the bandwidth differently. If your computer or other connected device accesses the headset microphone then half of the bandwidth is dedicated to the recording and transmission of your voice input. This means only half is available for audio output. If you find the Bluetooth headphones suddenly drop in quality, please disable the microphone or stop the app which is activating it.

A: No, the EP636 does not support 3.5mm AUX, only Bluetooth.
