In order to keep the product completely rainproof and sweatproof, the battery is recharged by means of a magnetic cable. Recharging is very fast (less than 2 hours) and allows the bone conduction headset to be used for up to 10 hours. Q: Are there Bone Conduction Side Effects?
A: Please read the full article here, but in general there's no reason to assume that Bone Conduction will be uncomfortable or dangerous provided you are comfortable with other wearable audio devices.
Q: How do I add songs to the SD Card?
A: The SD card is entirely enclosed, so must be accessed via the magnetic cable provided. This cable is a data and charging cable. Transfer MP3 files from a connected device on to the headset.
Q: Can this be used in the sea or swimming pool?
A: No the EP400 is waterproof from ingress, but water in the sea contains high levels of salt, and water in pools contains high levels of chlorine. Not only that, but temperature and pressure differences are not accounted for by IP rating!
